What to expect
Head east to Karangasem for ornamental pools, garden paths and views towards the coast. Tirta Gangga and Taman Ujung make a more relaxed pairing than trying to fit the long Lempuyang photo queue into the same day.
Walk around the water gardens, take photographs and enjoy lunch between visits. The drive from South Bali is long, so the route deliberately keeps to two main attractions, with breaks along the way and prayer time arranged with your driver.
